Effective Friday, September 14, 2012, PSI ceased doing business permanently. The company is currently being liquidated for the benefit of its creditors.

I would like to thank all of our business partners for their support in the past three years as the management of PSI has worked hard to turn around a company heavily impacted by the recession and continuing weak economy. All of us at PSI appreciate the business relationship we have enjoyed with your company and staff members, in some cases for many years. I regret that PSI was unable to continue in business, and apologize for the inconveniences and financial impact caused to you and your companies by PSI closing its doors.
